Our role on the platform
OmgFans is a platform. It does not produce, direct, film or commission the content that creators upload. Each creator is an independent person who decides what to make and post, within our terms of service and content policy.
The administrator of the omgfans.com service runs the platform, operates the upload and review process and keeps the age verification records described below. To the extent the platform acts only as a host that transmits and stores content uploaded by others, it is not a primary producer of that content.
How age is verified
Before a creator can publish paid content or 18+ content, or receive any payout, they complete age and identity verification.
- The creator provides a valid government-issued photo ID.
- A live selfie is matched to the ID.
- The date of birth is checked, and anyone under 18 is refused.
- The check is processed by an identity verification provider on our behalf.
Every co-performer who appears in a creator's content goes through the same check and gives written consent before the content is released. Content showing a person who has not completed verification and consent is held and not published.
Uploads also pass automated checks, including hash matching against known abuse material and automated age estimation. When a result is unclear, the upload is held for human review and, by default, rejected.
Records we keep
For each creator and co-performer, the administrator of the omgfans.com service keeps records showing:
- the person's legal name and date of birth as shown on the ID;
- any other names the person uses on the platform;
- a copy or secure reference of the ID and the result of the verification check;
- the date of verification;
- the signed consent and release linked to the content in which the person appears.
These records are stored securely, separate from public content, and kept for as long as the law requires.
How to request records
Requests for records related to this statement can be sent by email to [email protected]. Please state who you are, the authority under which you are asking, and the content concerned, with its link. We respond in line with applicable law, and we may verify the identity and authority of the person making the request before sharing any record.
Zero tolerance
Content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, is never allowed. When we find it, we remove it, ban the account and report it to the relevant authorities, in the US through the NCMEC CyberTipline.
