DMCA policy

This DMCA policy explains how to ask OmgFans to remove content that infringes your copyright, how to respond if your content was removed, and how we help creators fight leaks. Notices go to [email protected].

Last updated October 14, 2026. The administrator of the omgfans.com service handles every notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512.

How to send a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA notice". Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a list if there are several;
  3. the exact link to each item on OmgFans you want removed, so we can find it;
  4. your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Notices missing these elements may be delayed while we ask for the missing details. When a notice is complete, we remove or disable the content quickly and tell the person who uploaded it.

How to send a counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you had the right to post it, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected]. It must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the removed content and the link where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and phone number;
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if you are outside the US, any judicial district where the service may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward the counter-notice to the person who filed the notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly upload content they do not own. Each valid notice counts as a strike. An account with repeated strikes is closed, and earnings tied to infringing content may be withheld. We may close an account after a single notice when the infringement is clear and serious, such as reposting another creator's paid content.

Help for creators whose content leaked

Leaks hurt creators directly, and we take them seriously.

  • Any creator can report leaked copies of their content found on OmgFans through the report button or by email. We remove them and act against the uploader.
  • Any creator can send us links to leaks on other websites, and we tell them how to file notices there.
  • The Studio plan includes leak takedown requests that we send on the creator's behalf, plus watermarking on media. You can compare plans on the pricing page.

Watermarks make leaked copies easier to trace, and our safety page explains the other protections we use. Rules on what can be posted are in our content policy.

A warning about false claims

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure you own the work, or are allowed to act for the owner, before you send a notice. If you are not sure whether your use is fair use, get legal advice first.
