What the Agency plan gives your team
| Need | How OmgFans handles it |
|---|---|
| Several creators, one place | Up to 10 creators managed from one agency account |
| The right access for each person | Chatter, editor and manager roles with their own permissions, 15 seats |
| Fans answered by the right person | Assign each conversation to a chatter, reassign when shifts change |
| Knowing who did what | An audit log of messages sent, posts published and settings changed |
| Content ready for everyone | A shared vault with folders, 3 TB across the roster |
| Volume | 3,000 scheduled posts, 1,000 mass messages and 20 discovery boosts a month |
| Month-end numbers | Payout reports per creator and invoices issued to your agency |
| Your data | Export fans, sales and reports whenever you need them |
| Speed | A priority queue when your creators' content or profiles need review |
Each creator keeps their own verification and payout details. Your team runs the daily work, while payouts go to the verified creator under the terms you agree with them.
Weighing the cost against your roster
These numbers are hypothetical, so swap in your own.
Say your roster brings in $40,000 a month in fan payments. After the 20% platform fee, your creators keep $32,000 between them. The Agency plan costs $124 a month billed yearly, or $249 month to month.
- At $124 a month, the plan is about 0.3% of the roster's monthly fan payments.
- If assigned chats and win-back messages recover 1% more fan spend, that is $400 a month in extra fan payments, more than three times the plan's yearly-billed monthly cost.
- If an hour a day of manual reporting disappears, that time goes back to chatting with fans, which is where the income is.
Not every roster will see the same lift. The point is that the break-even is small, so you can test it on your own numbers. Use the creator earnings calculator for each creator, then add them up.
Discovery that works for every creator on your roster
Agencies usually pay for traffic. On OmgFans, each creator also gets the discovery feed: free posts and clips in Trending and categories, a Rising lane for newer accounts, and Nearby for fans in their region. With 20 boosts a month, you can place newer creators in Rising and established ones on category pages. Read how fans browse on the content creator platform page.
Rules your team must follow
- Every creator on your roster completes age and ID verification personally. Agencies cannot verify on a creator's behalf.
- Chatters write as the creator's team, and fans may not be misled about who they pay.
- Content with other people needs their verification and consent.
- Sharing logins outside team seats is not allowed. Seats exist so that access can be removed in one click.
- Our safety and verification rules apply to the whole team.
Set up your agency in an afternoon
- Sign up and choose the Agency plan. Yearly billing is selected by default and saves 50%.
- Invite your creators. Each one accepts, verifies and keeps their own payout details.
- Add team members and give each a role.
- Assign conversations and set up shared vault folders.
- Pull your first payout report at the end of the month.
Questions agencies ask
Can we talk to someone before buying?
OmgFans is self-serve, so there are no sales calls. Everything about the plan is on this page and on creator plans. Questions about your account go to [email protected].
What happens if we manage more than 10 creators?
Each Agency plan covers up to 10 creators. Larger agencies run more than one Agency account, each with its own seats and reports.
Who receives the payouts?
Payouts go to each verified creator under their own details. Your agency invoices creators for its services under your own agreements, and OmgFans issues invoices to your agency for the plan.
Can chatters see creators' earnings?
Only if you allow it. Roles set what each person can see and do, and the audit log records their actions.
Can we cancel the plan?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final.
