Who can use OmgFans
OmgFans is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age of majority. This applies to fans and creators alike.
By signing up you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are allowed to use a service like this where you live. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it right away.
You may hold one personal account. Agencies manage creators through the Agency plan instead of sharing logins.
What OmgFans is and who sells to whom
OmgFans is a platform that connects fans with independent creators. Fans follow creators for free, find them in the discovery feed, and pay them to unlock more. You can read the full picture on how it works.
Creators are the sellers. When a fan subscribes, unlocks a post, buys a paid message, tips, buys a live ticket or a limited drop, the fan is buying from that creator. The administrator of the omgfans.com service runs the platform, processes payments on the creator's behalf, keeps the platform fee and pays out the rest.
We are not a party to the personal relationship between a fan and a creator. We do not produce, direct or commission creator content.
Your account and how signup works
Signup takes two steps. You enter your email address and a password, then you type the 6 digit code we send to that email. After that you are logged in and taken back to the page you were on.
- Keep your password private and use one you do not use elsewhere.
- You are responsible for activity on your account unless you tell us promptly that someone else got access.
- Give us a working email address. We use it for codes, receipts and notices about your account.
- Do not create accounts for someone else, sell accounts or transfer them.
Guests can browse the general feed and public profiles. Following, liking, messaging, unlocking and subscribing need an account.
Rules for creator content
Every creator decides what to post, within our content policy. In short, content must be legal, made by adults who agreed to it, owned by the creator, and labelled correctly.
- Content in the Influencers, Fitness, Models, Cosplay, Gaming and Lifestyle categories must be suitable for a general adult audience.
- 18+ content belongs only in the Adult category, which lives at /adult and is limited to verified creators who opted in.
- Anything involving a minor, or anyone who looks like a minor, is banned without exception.
- Content showing another person needs that person's verification and consent.
We may remove content, limit its reach or hold it for review when it breaks these terms or the content policy.
Verification of creators and co-performers
Before a creator can post paid content or receive a payout, they pass age and identity verification with a government ID. The check runs through an identity verification provider on our behalf.
Every co-performer who appears in a creator's content must also be verified as 18 or older and must give consent before the content goes live. The creator who uploads the content is responsible for collecting that consent through our tools.
We may ask for verification again at any time, for example when account details change or when a report raises a question. Until verification is complete, paid features and payouts stay locked.
The platform fee
OmgFans keeps a flat 20% fee on every fan payment, from the very first sale. The creator keeps 80%. There are no introductory rates and no hidden extra percentage on top.
Creator plans are separate. They are optional growth tools and do not change the 20% fee. Details are on the pricing page.
Referral earnings are paid by OmgFans out of its own fee, so a referred creator still keeps the full 80%.
Payouts to creators
Earnings from each sale are held for 7 days. After that they become available for payout.
- The minimum payout is $50.
- Payouts run weekly.
- You can choose a bank transfer or crypto (USDT or USDC).
- You must complete the tax form in your creator dashboard before your first payout.
We may hold or reverse earnings tied to fraud, a chargeback, a proven unauthorized charge, or content removed for breaking these terms. When we hold funds, we tell you why and what we need from you. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
How fan purchases work
Each payment is one purchase. There is no wallet, no stored balance, no top-ups and no credits. You pay by card or crypto, and your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor with no creator name and no adult wording.
- A subscription renews every month at the price the creator set, until you cancel.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- You can hold one active subscription per creator.
- Bundles for 3 or 6 months, trial links and promo codes are offered by creators and follow the terms shown at checkout.
- Pay-per-view posts, paid messages, tips, live tickets and limited drops are single purchases.
Prices are shown before you pay. Creators can change future prices, and a new subscription price applies only from your next renewal after you are told about it.
Creator plans
Creators can earn with no plan at all. The Pro, Studio and Agency plans add tools like scheduling, a fan CRM, boosts and team seats. Yearly billing is the default; monthly billing is also available.
Plans are paid by card or crypto and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan keeps working to the end of the paid period. Moving to a higher plan charges the difference right away; the new plan starts once that payment goes through.
Usage limits, such as scheduled posts, mass messages and boosts, are counted per billing period. Deleting something you created does not give that usage back. The limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page.
Refunds
Payments on OmgFans are final. This covers fan purchases and creator plans. The only exceptions are a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge and a total failure of the service. How to ask, and what each exception means, is set out in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Who owns content and the licence you give us
Creators keep ownership of what they upload. By posting, a creator gives the administrator of the omgfans.com service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, watermark, transcode, display and deliver the content to the fans entitled to see it, and to show previews such as blurred thumbnails in line with the creator's settings. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons, backups that roll over, and content already bought by fans who keep access under these terms.
Fans get a personal, non-transferable right to view content they paid for, on OmgFans only. Downloading, recording, reposting or sharing creator content outside the platform is not allowed.
The OmgFans name, logo and site design belong to the administrator. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Leaks and copyright claims
Leaking creator content hurts real people. We remove leaked copies from OmgFans and close accounts that leak. Creators can report leaks found elsewhere, and the Studio plan includes takedown requests sent on the creator's behalf.

The Adult category and age confirmation
18+ content is kept separate from the rest of OmgFans. It appears only at /adult, never in the guest feed, Trending, category chips or general pages.
To view the Adult category you must be signed in and confirm you are 18 or older. Media there stay blurred until you have access. If 18+ content is illegal where you are, do not open the Adult category.
What you must not do
- Harass, threaten, stalk or dox anyone.
- Impersonate another person or use someone else's photos.
- Upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
- Arrange paid in-person meetings or offer escort services.
- Send spam, scams, malware or links that trick people.
- Scrape the site, bypass access controls or blur, or download content in bulk.
- Use stolen cards, file false chargebacks or abuse trial links and promo codes.
- Try to move payments off the platform to avoid the fee.
- Interfere with the security or normal running of OmgFans.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. Active subscriptions stop renewing when you close it.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Serious breaches, such as anything involving minors, non-consensual content or fraud, lead to immediate closure without warning, and we report illegal material to the relevant authorities.
When a creator account is closed for a breach, earnings linked to that breach may be withheld. Earnings that are not linked to the breach and not under a hold are paid out according to the payout rules, after any legal checks.
If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason. A person will look at it.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep OmgFans running and safe, but we provide the service as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, error free or that a creator will earn any particular amount.
Creators are independent. We do not guarantee what a creator posts, how often they post, or that their content will meet your expectations. Our checks reduce risk but cannot catch everything.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, the administrator of the omgfans.com service is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or harm caused by other users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, or for creators the platform fees we kept, in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Disputes are handled under the applicable law of the administrator's place of business, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. If a change matters, we email you and show a notice when you sign in at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using OmgFans after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then.
