Every creator is verified before the first paid post
A creator can build a profile on day one, but nothing paid goes live and no payout is sent until verification is complete.
- Identity document. The creator uploads a valid government ID.
- Live check. A short camera check confirms that the person holding the account is the person on the document.
- Age confirmation. The date of birth must show the creator is at least 18. No exceptions, no workarounds.
- Payout details in the creator's own name. Bank accounts and crypto wallets are tied to the verified person.
- Tax form. Collected once in the creator dashboard before the first payout.
Our identity verification provider handles the documents under strict access rules. We keep the result and the records the law requires, and we never show any of it on a profile.
Everyone in the content is verified and has agreed
If another person appears in paid content, they must be verified the same way and give their written consent to that specific content before it can be published. A creator who uploads content with an unverified person loses the post, and repeated attempts end the account. The records are described in our 2257 compliance statement.
Every upload is checked before fans see it
- Hash matching compares each photo and video against databases of known abuse material and of content previously removed from OmgFans.
- Automated age estimation looks at every person who appears on screen. Anyone who could be under 18 stops the upload.
- Category routing keeps 18+ material out of safe for work categories, even if it was uploaded to the wrong place.
- Human review handles anything the automated checks cannot settle. When a case is unclear, the default answer is no.
Watermarks with the creator's handle are added to media, which makes leaks easier to trace and remove.
Zero tolerance for anything involving minors
OmgFans is for adults only, on both sides. Content that involves, or appears to involve, anyone under 18 is removed immediately, the account is banned permanently, the evidence is preserved, and we report it to the relevant authorities, which in the United States means the NCMEC CyberTipline. There is no appeal for this. If you see anything that worries you, report it in the app or email [email protected], and we will act on it before anything else.
Adult content lives in its own space
Most of OmgFans is safe for work: Influencers, Fitness, Models, Cosplay, Gaming and Lifestyle. Adult content is allowed only in the separate 18+ category at /adult, only from verified creators who opt in, and only for signed-in fans who confirm their age.
- Guests never see adult content.
- The main feed, Trending and other categories never show it.
- Adult media stays blurred until a signed-in fan confirms they are 18 or older.
- A creator in a safe for work category never appears next to adult posts.
Creators who want to stay safe for work can read more on our SFW OnlyFans alternative page.
Reports and moderation
Every post, profile, message and live has a Report option. Pick a reason and send it in one tap. Reports about minors, non-consensual content and threats go to the top of the queue. Others are reviewed in order. We may remove content, restrict features, hold payouts linked to a violation or close an account. The rules are set out in our content policy, and you can ask for a second look at a decision by emailing support.
Leaks and stolen content
Content belongs to the creator who made it. Watermarks help trace copies, and any creator can report a leak to us. On the Studio and Agency plans we also send takedown requests to sites that host leaked copies on the creator's behalf. Anyone who owns content shared on OmgFans without permission can use our DMCA process.
Protection for fans
- Payments are single purchases by card or crypto. No stored balance can be lost or misused.
- Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor, never a creator's name or the type of content.
- You can block any account and mute any conversation.
- Creators never see your card details or your email address.
- We only use essential cookies and no advertising trackers.
Questions about safety on OmgFans
Are all creators on OmgFans verified?
Yes. Every creator passes age and ID verification before posting paid content or receiving a payout. People who appear in paid content are verified too and must consent.
What happens if someone reports a post?
The post goes into our moderation queue. Urgent reasons, such as possible minors or content shared without consent, are reviewed first. Content that breaks the rules is removed and the account can be restricted or closed.
How do you keep adult content away from the rest of the site?
Adult content is only allowed in a separate 18+ category for verified creators who opt in. It is never shown to guests, in the main feed, in Trending or in other categories, and fans must sign in and confirm their age to enter.
What do you do about leaked content?
Media carries the creator's watermark, any creator can report a leak, and Studio and Agency plans include takedown requests sent on the creator's behalf. Copyright owners can also file a DMCA notice.
Who sees my ID documents?
Only our verification provider and a small number of trained staff when a case needs review. Documents are never shown on your profile or shared with fans.
