How the math works
The calculator uses one simple formula, the same one you could do on a napkin.
- Subscribers = your followers x the share you expect to subscribe.
- Subscription income = subscribers x your monthly price.
- Fan payments = subscription income + pay-per-view and paid messages + tips and live tickets.
- You keep = fan payments x 80%.
The 20% fee is the only cut. There is no separate payout fee from OmgFans, no monthly charge to sell, and no lower rate that expires after an intro period. If you choose a creator plan, its price is a separate subscription and is not taken from your earnings.
A worked example with made-up numbers
These numbers are hypothetical and only show how the formula behaves. Replace them with yours in the calculator above.
| Input or result | Value |
|---|---|
| Followers elsewhere | 20,000 |
| Share who subscribe | 1% |
| Subscribers | 200 |
| Monthly price | $9.99 |
| Subscription income | $1,998 |
| Pay-per-view and paid messages | $600 |
| Tips and live tickets | $250 |
| Fan payments in total | $2,848 |
| OmgFans fee at 20% | $569.60 |
| You keep | $2,278.40 |
Notice where the money comes from. Subscriptions are the steady base, but pay-per-view posts, messages and tips add up faster than most creators expect, because your most engaged fans are happy to pay more than the monthly price. A fan subscription gets someone through the door. Drops and lives are where they stay.
What moves your number up
The calculator is only as useful as your inputs. Here is what tends to move each of them.
The share of followers who subscribe
A clear promise on your profile, a pinned free post that shows your best work, and regular posting days help a follower decide. Trial links for a few days let a curious fan try before paying full price.
Your price
Start where your audience feels comfortable and test. A lower price with strong pay-per-view often earns more than a high price with nothing extra. Bundles of 3 and 6 months reward fans who commit.
Pay-per-view, messages and tips
Fans who already subscribe are your best buyers. Personal messages, a weekly live and an occasional numbered drop give them a reason to spend again. Pro adds a fan CRM and segmented mass messages so you can reach the right fans at the right time.
New fans you did not bring
Your follower count elsewhere is not the ceiling here. The discovery feed, Rising for newer creators and category pages put you in front of fans who have never seen your other accounts. Compare platforms on this point in our guide to websites like OnlyFans to make money.
From estimate to payout
Each sale clears 7 days after it happens. When your cleared balance passes $50, it is paid in the next weekly payout by bank transfer or crypto in USDT or USDC. Before your first payout you complete age and ID verification and the tax form in your dashboard. See every step on the creator platform page.
Questions about creator earnings
Is the calculator result what I will actually earn?
No. It is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. Your real earnings depend on your content, how often you post, your prices and how you engage with fans.
Does the 20% fee apply to tips too?
Yes. The flat 20% applies to every fan payment, including subscriptions, pay-per-view posts, paid messages, tips, live tickets and drops. You keep 80% of each.
Are there other fees from OmgFans?
No other fees come out of your earnings. Creator plans are optional subscriptions you pay separately if you want growth tools.
What share of followers usually subscribes?
It varies a lot by niche, audience and offer, so we do not publish a single number. Start with a careful guess, then replace it with your real conversion after your first month.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings clear 7 days after each sale. Once you have $50 or more cleared, it goes out in the weekly payout to your bank account or crypto wallet.
