Content in the general categories
Influencers, Fitness, Models, Cosplay, Gaming and Lifestyle are open to everyone with an account and appear in the guest feed, Trending and category pages. Content here must suit a general adult audience.
- Workouts, outfits, tutorials, behind the scenes, gaming sessions, travel and daily life are all welcome.
- Swimwear and fitness wear are fine in a normal sports, beach or fashion setting.
- 18+ content is not allowed in these categories, even behind a paywall.
You can find out more about this side of OmgFans on SFW creator platforms.
Content in the Adult category
18+ content is allowed only in the Adult category at /adult. To post there, a creator must be verified as 18 or older and must opt in to the category in their settings. Fans see it only after signing in and confirming they are 18 or older. Adult content never appears in the guest feed, Trending, category chips or general pages, and media stay blurred until the fan has access.
Every person shown must be a verified adult who agreed to appear and to have the content sold.
What is never allowed
These rules apply in every category, including Adult, and in private messages.
- Anything involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18, including role play, costumes or edits that suggest youth.
- Content made or shared without the consent of every person shown, including hidden cameras and revenge content.
- Content showing a co-performer who has not been verified and has not given consent through our tools.
- Real or staged violence against people, self-harm or content that encourages it.
- Hate speech or attacks on people for who they are.
- Sale or promotion of illegal goods, weapons or drugs, and content showing drug use.
- Impersonating another person or using their photos.
- Content you do not own or are not licensed to use, including leaked content from other creators.
- Offering paid in-person meetings, escorting or any offline service for money.
- Content with family-role themes between relatives.
- Content involving animals in an adult context.
- Content involving people who are asleep, unconscious or impaired and unable to consent.
- Scams, spam, malware and links that try to move payments off OmgFans.
Anything involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities, in the US through the NCMEC CyberTipline.
Labelling your content
- Put each post in the right category. 18+ content goes only in Adult.
- Mark paid posts, bundles, drops and live tickets clearly with the price shown before purchase.
- Tag every co-performer so their verification and consent are linked to the post.
- Do not use misleading titles or previews that promise something the post does not contain.
- Previews and blurred thumbnails must follow the same category rules as the full content.
How moderation works
- Every upload is hash matched against databases of known abuse material.
- Automated age estimation checks the people shown.
- Automated checks look for category mistakes, spam and links that break the rules.
- When a result is unclear, the upload is held and reviewed by a person. By default, unclear content is rejected.
- Reports from users go to the same review queue and are handled in order of risk.
We also watermark media to discourage leaks. Our safety page describes these protections in more detail.
Reporting content
Every post, profile and message has a one-click report button. Pick the reason, add a note if you like, and send. You do not need to be a subscriber to report. For copyright claims, use our DMCA policy.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:
- remove the content;
- limit the account's reach in discovery;
- issue a warning;
- suspend posting, messaging or payouts while we review;
- close the account.
Content involving minors, non-consensual content and fraud lead to immediate closure and reporting, without warnings. Earnings tied to removed content may be withheld.
Appeals
If you think we removed content or restricted your account by mistake, email [email protected] within 30 days. Include your account email, the link or a description of the content and why you believe the decision was wrong. A different reviewer looks at the case and replies by email. Decisions on content involving minors are not open to appeal.
