OmgFans refund policy

This refund policy says that payments on OmgFans are final. That covers every fan purchase and every creator plan. We make an exception only for a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service.

Last updated October 14, 2026. This policy is part of our terms of service and is applied by the administrator of the omgfans.com service.

Why payments are final

When you pay on OmgFans, you get access right away. A subscription opens a creator's posts the moment the payment clears, a pay-per-view post unlocks in seconds, and a tip reaches the creator's earnings straight away. Creators are paid from that money. Once content has been delivered, it cannot be handed back, so we do not reverse purchases because someone changed their mind.

This applies to:

  • fan subscriptions, including 3 and 6 month bundles;
  • pay-per-view posts and paid messages;
  • tips on posts, in messages and during live shows;
  • live show tickets;
  • limited numbered drops;
  • Pro, Studio and Agency creator plans, monthly or yearly.

The three cases where we do refund

Double charge

You were charged twice for the same purchase, at the same time, for the same item. We refund the extra charge.

Proven unauthorized charge

Someone used your card or wallet without your permission, and the evidence supports it, for example a confirmed report from your bank or a sign-in from a device and place you never used together with a changed password. We refund the charges you did not make and secure the account.

Total service failure

You paid, and OmgFans could not deliver the content or plan at all because of a fault on our side, and we did not fix it within a reasonable time. A slow page, a creator posting less often than you hoped or content you did not like does not count.

How to ask for one of these refunds

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include:

  1. the email address on your account;
  2. the date and amount of the charge;
  3. the creator or plan it was for;
  4. which of the three cases applies and what happened;
  5. for an unauthorized charge, any report you made to your bank.

We reply by email, usually within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to show; crypto refunds go to a wallet address you confirm.

Cancelling a subscription or plan

You can cancel a fan subscription or a creator plan at any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it ends. Cancelling does not refund the current period, monthly or yearly.

For consumers in the EU and UK

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and digital services, that right ends once delivery starts, but only if you agreed to it. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. If you give that consent, the purchase is final under this policy. If a checkout did not ask for that consent, write to [email protected] and we will apply the law as it stands.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first at [email protected]. Our charges show a neutral descriptor, so a charge you do not recognise is often one you made. We can usually explain it or fix a real error faster than your bank can.

Filing a chargeback for a purchase you made and received is treated as fraud. It can lead to the account being closed, access to bought content ending, and the case being reported to the payment processor. Genuine unauthorized charges are always handled as described above.

Creator payouts are not refunds

Creator earnings follow the payout rules in our terms: a 7 day hold, a $50 minimum and weekly payouts by bank or crypto. A payout is the creator's share of sales, not a refund. When we refund a fan under one of the three exceptions, or a chargeback succeeds, the creator's share of that sale is taken back from their earnings. You can see what creators keep on creator earnings and plan prices on the pricing page.
